What is Identity and Access Management?
I AM Kelly is Kelly's enterprise self service portal for Identity and Access Management, allowing you to manage your Kelly Identity (Network ID, email address, etc.) and Password via the web at your convenience - anywhere or anytime.
What can I do on this site?
Within this portal, you are able to reset your password (Kelly Network password and email) if you’ve forgotten it. You are also able to select which of your alternate Kelly email addresses you prefer to use as your Primary email address, so that mail recipients see a business friendly email address.
Why do I have to “Register”?  What am I registering for?
In order to protect your Kelly identity, we ask you to register within the IAM Kelly portal and supply some information that only you will know. For example, we will ask you to supply a non-Kelly email address that only you will have access to – we will be sending registration and confirmation emails to this non-Kelly email address so no one else will be able to make modifications to your Kelly passwords or email account name.

Why do I need to enter my personal (non-Kelly) email address? What will you be using this for?
During the registration process, we will ask you to supply a personal email account (non-Kelly email address) so that the IAM Kelly portal can confirm changes that are being requested by you. This will protect your Kelly identity from unauthorized access by others. No IAM Kelly information is used outside of the portal or by any other application.

Why do I need to enter the Security Questions? What questions should I choose? Who will be able to see my Security Questions?
During the registration process, we will ask you to supply three Security Questions and their corresponding answers. These questions will be used later if you ever need to reset your password and will help to confirm your identity before allowing a password reset. We recommend that you choose questions that only you are likely to know; questions that are not easily guessed at; and questions that are not public information that can be looked up. Additionally, we recommend that you use Security Questions are not of a sensitive or unnecessarily personal nature.

Below are some examples of “good” Security Questions:
• What was your childhood nickname?
• In what city did you meet your spouse?
• What is the name of your favorite childhood friend?
• What street did you live on in third grade?
• What is your oldest sibling’s birthday? (e.g., January 1900)
• What is your oldest sibling's middle name?
• What was your childhood phone number?
• What is your oldest cousin's first & last name?
• What was the name of your first stuffed animal?
• In what city did your parents meet?
• What was the last name of your third grade teacher?
• In what city does your nearest sibling live?
• What is your grandmother's maiden name?

Kelly Services, Inc. is very aware of our responsibility to protect your privacy. No one will be viewing your Security Questions without your permission.

Why should I change my Kelly email address?
When your email account is established, several “alias” accounts are also created. For example:

• IAM1234@kellyservices.com (Kelly “shortname” or Network ID name)
• IAM.Kelly@kellyservices.com (firstname.lastname)
• IAM_Kelly@kellyservices.com (firstname_lastname)

Incoming emails will reach your inbox regardless of which email alias is used by the sender. However, when you send an email, your recipient will see your email address as your “shortname” unless you select a new "Send As" email name. The IAM Kelly self-service portal now offers you the ability to select a more business friendly email address by changing your "Send As" email name. Now, your business partners, customers, and candidates recognize emails from you immediately, from the email address.

Regardless of which email address you select from the options given, all of the other email alias addresses will continue to work as they do today. Incoming emails will still reach your inbox regardless of which email is used by the sender.

What if the email address I want is not on the list?

If you want a Kelly email address that is not on the list, you must submit a Name Change form in the MAC Service Request Catalog. For questions or issues about the MAC form, please contact your Regional IT Service Desk.

If I choose one Kelly email address from the selection, what happens to the other options? Can’t I use these too?
Regardless of which email address you select from the options given, all of the other email alias addresses will continue to work as they do today. Incoming emails will still reach your inbox regardless of which email alias is used by the sender.

I changed my password and I got two messages on the confirmations screen. What passwords were updated?
The IAM Kelly portal will allow you to reset your Kelly Network and Kelly email passwords. If you’ve forgotten one or the other, the portal will keep these synchronized! When you click on the “Forgot your password” link, and enter the answers to two of your Security Questions, you will be allowed to enter a new password. Once the password is confirmed, both your Kelly Network logon password and your Kelly email password will be changed.

You will also receive a confirmation email in your non-Kelly email account. Yet another way to make sure you are aware of updates being made to your account

What should I do if I think my account has been accessed by someone else?
If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, you should immediately contact your Regional IT Service Desk. You can also check your “last login” date and time on the My Account page. This information is located in the grey box on the right side of the page.
